"The staff there is great, except recently I had a home claim in which my garage caught on fire. I was displaced from my home for 6 months. Despite the phone calls and emails to the office and adjuster, their answer was always “we will check on status” “i am about to approve payment”
Emails sent to office manager and Mike and never did I get a phone call from them. I like that my premium is not that expensive, but is it really worth, because when you need them, they are never there for you. I have attached proof that I did communicated to office."
